an 81 page program that was submitted in a PDHPE
assessment. It is an in-depth assignment covering
Factors Affecting Performance and Improving
Performance. Part 1 is a ten week training program
designed for a professional athlete. It covers all types
of training, principles of training and methods of
practice. Part 2 is an in-depth discussion of the
program as a whole and of one specific day. Also
included is an appendix of related material. Received
