![]() Posts: 7 Group: Member Skin: Default | I have noticed that listed in the ingredients on many vegetable extracts spreads (eg: vegemite, promite, pelican feet, etc) is citric acid under the heading of an acidity regulator.

![]() Posts: 22 Group: Admin Skin: Default | Citric acid is often added along with sodium citrate to many spreads in order to control the acidity of the spreads.
